I’m a regular bloke that happens to be 18 stone and I’ve no plans to stay that way. This is like a diary of what I’m doing to change the situation and get to be a regular weight. It’s not for profit it’s for me and anyone that wants to read it.
The other reason is because my breathing has not got any better in the last year or so, so by doing aerobic exercises I’m going to find out if its due to being overweight or my lungs have been affected by the dust I’m exposed to at work.
