21 Days Steps Challenge

This is first week starting the 21 day office based steps challenge. Because the other participants have access to my blog I thought it best to keep my posts as drafts until the challenge is completed. When the challenge is completed I will publish the drafts. While the steps challenge is ongoing I will also be doing my spin bike exercises because it is that which is helping me with my breathing and consequently my loosing weight.
